No title fit enough

Have you ever let something go? something that you have been holding onto for long enough that it hurt? But then you let it go and you just breathe again! You just want to tell every one you love that your free from the hurt and the wanting. I have run a lot in my life not to feel, now I know what it really feels like to just really let it all go without the need to see a distance behind my feet! It feels better then a fresh breeze from the inside of the forest, because its life, laughter and confidence all in one. Live life to the fullest!

My Love

It was a usual Friday afternoon. I went to Chino with my family for Homeschooling group, Saddly it was only us and my good friend Julian. Me and Julian have known each other for almost 5 years now and, let's face it, he is one of my bestfriends.
After we were all tired and hungry from playing at the park we all went to Taco Bell for lunch. Taco Bell was unusually full with lots of teenagers so we grabbed the tables that we could and yet again thanked the fact that our parents didn't send us to school where we would have to put up with people all the time. Finally they left and an old man took the table that was right in front of ours. As we were all eating I realized that the man was watching me and Julian rather intently.
When ever he noticed my glance he would smile like he knew something and continued with his meal.
After we were all finished and just simply were talking and goofing-off the old man, still smiling, walks up to us sticks out his hand to Julian to shake and said being completely serious,
" I would just like to say congratulations. You two look like such cute couple, really great together! I just wanted to let you know that."
I can't remember what Julian said in reply because I was inventing a new shade of red. The man then looks at me for some kind of response and all I could think to say was, 'huh,Thank you.'
I hope you remember that the writers are still on strike.
After the man had told us to have a good day and left, Julian pulls me in a close hug as a joke and Quayde said,"Your children will be gorgious!"
I don't get embarrised about much because I laugh at myself along with everyone else, but this! This is offically my embarrasment of the year! Now someone is just going to have to tell Julian's girlfriend, Bethany about all of this!

In My Defense

Yes I know I have not posted in a little while. I have not had a proper amount of time to post anything on my blog though. In my defense here is a bit of my life right now for the last few days.
Thayne has broken his nose again for the third time in the whole 21/2 years of his life. Meaning that he will have nose bleeds at anytime without any warning. Lydia has had surgery to clear some granulomas out of her throat. We are cleaning all the time while Thayne is right behind us messing up what we have just cleaned. Other then that I've been doing homework and babysitting. All of this is a part of my crazy but loved life.
Those of you that have read my last post know that I no longer trust the food industry and am in the process of educating myself on what I consume. Here are some of the tools that I am using to do so. If you wish to be aware then I strongly recomend that you read and watch these too.

"In Defense Of Food" By Michael Pollan

"Fast Food Nation" By Eric Schlosser
This book is not just about fast food, it has important things we need to know and understand about the food industry as a whole. I also have rewatched Supersize me. Disgusting! that is all I have to say.

E. coli 0157:H7 and Mad Cow Disease

This Morning I thought that I would read an Article from Mother Earth News for light reading.
What I didn't think that it would take me longer then I though to finish and that I have now made a never to eat anything unless I research where it came from.
Yes the article was about beef. I normally am not a big fan of meat anyway because I simply don't like the way that it tastes or feels like in the mouth, but after reading this article I refuse to eat it with the strongest conviction. Of course though after I was finished reading my body told me that it's sugars were low and needed to eat with in the next 30 minutes. I walked into the kitchen and looked around. These were some of the thoughts that went around in my mind,"Spinach had been recalled months ago because of E.coli. Sonic no longer sells anything with peanut butter because of E.coli. What pesticides do they use on apples? what chemicals have they inducted in chicken to make chicken breast so large!?!"
Please read this and you will understand where I am coming from when I say it is a dangerous world we live in. http://www.motherearthnews.com/Livestock-and-Farming/2008-02-01/What-You-Need-to-Know-About-the-Beef-You-Eat.aspx

Well, we got more friends!
To those who do not get this, note the pictures in the frame and that they are the ones that you simply get in the frame when it is purchased in the store.
I love you Shawna and I hope you know I'm joking with you

To those who have...

Commented, told in person and emailed me,
I am blogging here and now.
As I wondered why blogging was not as exciting as it used to be, I realized that I should make some changes to the blog its self not the person that is blogging. Though I'm not saying that I am perfect I'm simply saying that I was taking the wrong approach to blogging.
Blogging has been a great way for me to be my self and not have to worry about who is reading and that is the way that I always want it to be. For that last few months I have been slacking, alot, But blogging shouldn't be something that you do as a news letter to the world saying all that happened in your day. It should be about what you have been doing to enlighten your day.
So thus, I am back with a fresh view of blogging and live to share my enlightenment with those I love and appreciate.

Happiness

Just the other day I was sitting in the library thinking of all the things that I needed to get a move on and do, when I thought of something that I had thought about in that very spot.

Happiness.

Have you ever seen someone driving in their car smiling?

Smiling at something that was not visible, audible or understandable to you at a glance.

Someone smiling because they are in love with life.

Happiness is a very simple thing, it could be new pajamas or sitting down and eating a pint of Ben&Jerry's ice cream. Or maybe it is a project that you have been meaning to sit down and finish for a month but haven't had the time to.

Whenever I feel really depressed I just think of my favorite things.

Thinking of Ben&Jerry's My favorite computer game is on their site.

All you do is go to our products and the first one on the list of items is
